We smoke up to a ton of meat at one time once on site. Sauces and rubs are homemade from handed down family recipes. We use oak or red oak to gain a distinctive flavour.
Meats sold; beef brisket, pork shoulder, ribs, BBQ chicken breast, chicken wings, turkey leg, Smokehouse burger and Foot long smoked sausage. The above are served with a selection of all American sides including; brisket chilli, cowboy beans, slaw, onion rings, corn on the cob, spicy fries and sweet potato fries.
